Anyway, here goes ! After a number of years of reduced activity, due to a desk bound job and a long commute to work, plus a young family, my six pack is now a distant memory – well actually a memory from 19 years ago !!
Ok, so that is all the excuses as to my reduced exercise regime and why I now have a six pack that is kept warm by a layer of fat. I’ve decided that I should recreate my six pack, since this will provide me with huge benefits, in terms of a reduction in the risk of suffering from back problems and due to the increased exercise regime, a reduction in sickness / illnesses suffered. Also, exercise gives you more energy through out the day to perform at your absolute peak whilst at work, which is of great importance to me, due to being an IT contractor.
Now you understand the reasons for the six pack journey, let me start to tell you about what I am doing to gain the male ultimate – the “six pack” !!
